His mother, Larthago, won 1.40m and 1.50m courses and also produced AES-approved and 1.50m jumping Cevin Z, the 1.50m showjumper Hopes Are High Z, and the 1.40m showjumper Uncle Sam. Harley achieved great success at the international level with Jessica Kürten.
Mother Orly II (by Contender) jumped at 1.35m herself. Her mother, Frederica II (by Calando I), produced two 1.40m showjumpers: Marenque (by Carthago) and Nofelia (by Corrado I). GGH Galloway (by Galoubet A) and GGH Chino (by Cassini I) also come from Frederica II. Grandmother Ophelia (by Landgraf I) jumped at 1.40m with Peter Petzold. Ophelia's daughter, Isabell XXXII (by Quidam de Revel), jumped at 1.50m with Timo Beck, and her son Cicero (by Cinzano) jumped at 1.40m with Thomas Schönig. Isabell XXXII's grandson is City Banking (by Casall); he jumps at 1.55m with Benjamin Wulschner and Andreas Brenner. GGH Reichsgraf (by Rinaldo) also comes from Ophelia.
Great-grandmother Ballade (by Farnese) produced the 1.40m showjumper Nofretete (by Landgraf) ridden by Thomas Betz. Her daughter Juwel (by Moltke I) is a special mare as she produced three approved stallions:
Delta's Bubka (by Pik Bube I), a 1.40m showjumper with Sören von Rönne
Ramiro's Son I (by Ramiro), a 1.40m showjumper with riders like Rene Tebbel and Kai Ligges
