Oh, my God. That is simply wonderful. What stunning simplicity, craftsmanship, use of natural materials, and light. All in a stunning natural location. I'm gobsmacked.
There are gaps in this clip, it did not show all parts of the house in a complete form, this made me frustrated, how can I see the complete house facilities ?? (I apologize for my language if it was wrong, I am not good at English)
The best way to see the complete house is in person ;), We'd love to show you homes that meet your criterias. Unfortunately this home is no longer available but we'd love to show you what's on the market if you're looking to buy in Ibiza :)
One thing I noticed was the master bathroom you showed the sinks and bathtub but where is the shower, the only thing I don’t like about these homes are the built in furniture it leaves you very little option’s but still a beautiful house.
Hi @deanhall5363, this is a great comment, thank you very much...and for paying such close attention! The master bathroom does actually have a shower tucked in the corner on the left as you look into the room (as well as the shower attachment on the bathtub that you can see) but you are right....Tim doesn't show this! A lesson learnt for our next video. And yes we hear you, regarding the built-in furniture - often the way in traditional Spanish fincas (which Can Citrus originally was) - and it was important to the architect to remain true to the original spirit where possible. Thanks again for watching, and we're delighted to hear you love the home.
Hey, great tour of a fantastic home, but I can't seem to find any info (specs, floorplans etc) on your website or on blakstad website, will you be updating your website with the details soon?
Hi, yes, we've kept Can Citrus as an "offline listing", but we are about to go live with the full presentation very soon. If you get in touch with us we are happy to provide you with more information. Thanks for watching and reaching out!
Hi there, thank you for watching and leaving a comment. Garages count as part of your buildable allocation for the plot and due to island restrictions most people opt for more living spaces than a place for their cars. In urban parts of the island it is more common to see garages, less so in the countryside. Hope this helps. The Charles Marlow Team
Hi Ninette, thank you for watching and leaving a comment 🥰 Over the years we have been using the term "master bedroom" as default but we might look into refreshing our vocab! Thank you for the suggestion. Have a lovely day!

Thank you for watching and commenting! We couldn't agree more.
Back again to see Can Citrus. Probably viewed it 18 times. Blakstad is simply a genious.

@@charlesmarlowbros I dream of a house with this type of fabulously simple built-in furniture.

Wouldn't it be nicer to say 'primary bedroom' instead of 'master bedroom'? The latter sounds pretty archaic these days.

Primary Bedroom ? Really ? Is that American English ? I have always heard ‘ Master Bedroom ‘ as standard
@@marchileno The term Master bedroom' apparently was 'invented' during the slavery years, so some people don't want to use that anymore.
