HappiHeliin TBH Jacob doesn't have 100% privacy at all! Yes of course he has more than Justin Bieber but he's not always private.. He would have 50-80% privacy and Justin would have 10-20% privacy. Jacob is only 16 at the moment with big things ahead of him. Maybe when he's Justins age he will only have that amount of privacy as well. Over years people get more famous and get less privacy. Don't put Jacob is Justins position just yet, wait until he is around 20-21 not 16.
