As a kid around six or seven i woke every morning to bystanders posters on the bedroom wall. My older brother followed them in the valleys and had the singles. I was ten when man formed so watched them progress all through my teens. There was a bit of a lull after terry left and i saw a few stand in drummers, then pugwash arrived and changed the whole dynamic, from 83 to 96 , in my mind, they became the best live band on the planet.
maybe one of Micky Jones' last gigs? He is awesome here, in fact Man are one of only a select number of rock bands that got better as they aged. thanks for posting. Terrific stuff!
Definitely an under-rated band. I was lucky enough to see them live once in NYC. They opened for Hawkwind and were heckled by Hawkwind fans. Deke Leonard gave the hecklers a piece of his mind...First, politely...Then...not so much.
New kids in the band, but still man. I saw them for the very first time at the Paradiso in Amsterdam, late sixties. They opened with "The Storm" an epic from their second album ( 2 ozs of plastic with a hole in the middle) It was great, especially for a seventeen year old boy. Good memories.
And I saw them in Paradiso on 3 Dec 1991 together with Wishbone Ash and Ten Years After. Probably one of my best concerts ever, all three groups played fabulously.
Eine der Besten BANDS aus den 70ziger Jahre! O ja das Groven ist Top! Sie spielen manche Stücke verschiedener! Immer total toll!
Einfach genial! Year... immer noch super super gut zu hören. C'mon C'mon
Saw them in 69 and the UFO club in London, they were brilliant , The storm was better than the record and Arthur Brown got up to sing with them. Great gig.

He did it on drugs.
