Those lululemon and cos pants are dope! Recently I bought these black cropped and wide leg jeans and I am in love with them. Definitely wouldn’t have tried them if I didn’t see your fire posts with wider pants. Also do Jackets next.

Definitely been slacking on keeping up with Spanish (I’m African American), reading these books I bought and kind of slacking on fitness or at least not going as hard as I should.
For running definitely just pace yourself. If you wanna see progress do like 4 laps and time yourself and see where you stand. Keep doing that and I promise you’ll see some progress. Something I did during Basic training in the Army

Lululemon Tip: Use Acetone (Nail Polish Remover) to remove their heat-pressed logo on the back of the leg. I love those Lululemon ABC pants but hate the logo on the leg. Quick little dab of an acetone-soaked cotton ball and it peels right off with no residue 👍🏽

Yes, about 1/3 of the time.
I've been trying to find a good pair of pants for a while now. Something with some room in thighs and some in the seat, and tapered. Its seems regardless of cut they're all a slim fit. I'm a 30x32
Sounds like the last pants in the video are the ones... or you should grab pants that fit in the seat + thighs then find a good tailor to taper the legs - mine charges $15 for this

I'm all about the accessories, so that's my vote. I'm also all about trying to be my healthiest but the gyms being closed has really thrown me off my game. and today it's raining so I'm not even out walking the dog. I did however stock up on healthy foods and snacks. I have downloaded some workout apps so.. back to it. If I can do it at 52, you can do it too my friend.

If you’re running on treadmill, always keep the incline at 1% minimum to simulate outdoor elevation. Running outside is totally different. Just add on an extra half mile every other day to your run. You’ll see improvement. Also get a dedicated pair of real running sneakers. Air Max is a no no.

LiqueGloss London I think it’s about how useful they are (think construction: lots of pockets, flexible, comfortable)
Technical means that the fabric, cut and details are functional - the material is synthetic, it’s cut for athletic movement & the pockets all zip closed so you don’t lose anything if you work out in them 👍🏾

whats good bro im in a weird in between not hella fat but not super skinny either and im not that tall im 5'8. 215 I wear a size 38 in pants (36 but my thighs make me have to go up a size). Any brand recommendations that sell cropped or ankle length pants for my size??
I'd say try uniqlo and ASOS, they have lots of size options and reasonable return policies - once you figure out your fit, they'll never switch up on you
