    I loved it when, in the last part, they ALL knew that Reece was "the boy" 😂😂😂

      Even Reece knew straight away but you can see he doesn't want to say. Is it worse being the one everyone fancies or being the others knowing you're not the one?!? 😂

    • @alligatoruk

      BTW I think "the boy" bit meant she was going to have to tell her boy (boyfriend) that Reece was on her "list". Probably was going to the live shows and knew she'd drool 😂🤣

      @@alligatoruk it is interesting that Mark commented in that 2000 documentary that Reece got the 'adoration' . I do feel for Reece on this issue (I know from other fans he has on occasions had to deal with some very inappropriate and actually scary behaviour). It must not be easy for Reece to see comments like this regularly (as it would be for most people) and you can see how genuinely embarrassed and uncomfortable he is here.

    I have mixed feelings about this tbh. Reece Shearsmith looks actually pretty distressed by the last tweet. He gets things like this tweeted at him a lot as well as dealling with some deeply inappropriate behaviour from fans both online and in person and his look of resignation reveals it does take its toll

    • @feyza3162
      @feyza3162 5 ปีที่แล้ว +14

      societies standards are that men should enjoy being objectified or even worse like being assaulted because they’re men. thst they should enjoy being sexualised by random strangers because they’re men and that’s what’s sad about it. i sure hope he’s alright, they ended this good video on a bad note

      @@avydazoic3864 I.... think you're putting way too much thought into this. Reece is just shy and humble, and shy and humble people get very bored with compliments very quickly. Plus it's always awkward when you're constantly being complimented over your friends because you don't want to seem arrogant by basking in it. Don't think we need to go on about gender double standards, as fashionable as that is now 🤣

    • @nudisco300
      @nudisco300 2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      @@avydazoic3864 You're over thinking, he was absolutely fine but isn't an arrogant type so wasnt going to look boastful.
      To be honest truly masculine men are unbothered by comments or being 'objectified', if you have a masculine frame of mind it doesn't 'jar' you or upset you, you are unbothered because you're not led by your emotions. Masculinity in its essence is about not getting wrapped up in emotions, being in control, displaying stoicism and being able to take care of things without fluster and panic.
      There are lots of straight feminine men around now, you can spot them easily - they are over emotional about things, like on TV if they win a game show or something they redden up, get tearful and put their hands to their faces and break down sobbing. What happened to acting like a man by just looking pleased or punching the air. All this foot stamping and crying by straight men is irritating.
      You are never going to get a masculine 'man's man' running around upset saying he feels 'objectified' - these are things Beta men 'feel'

    What a nice little video, up until the last tweet which completely ruined it. Reece looks so uncomfortable. Unbelievable that the interviewers chose to pick that one and even more unbelievable that some people feel that it's ok to directly tweet this kind of thing to celebrities or make similar comments in Q&As with live audiences. Like it's not harassment if they're famous.

    So, the SPINELESS BBC finally took down THE best comedy show in their entire history, from iPlayer….simply because some Americans claimed Papa Lazarou was “blackface”.
    And AFTER they claimed they wouldn’t do anything of the sort!
