8:46 I visited MA and New England with my family three years later in Sept 1990. This included a doubleheader at the famous Fenway Park-such a memorable evening! How I would love to go back there again. There are so many new cousins of mine I’ve never met yet.
Keebler E.L. Fudge Sandwich Cookies- I agree with your comment on Keebler bringing back the Magic Middles Cookies. They should also bring back the Pizzarias Chips, O’ Boises Potato Chips, and the Suncheros Tortilla Chips. AT&T- I wish this jingle was longer. DOW Bathroom Cleaner- The announcer at the end of this commercial sounds like Arnold Stag.
I was three years old when these commercials aired and I remember so many of them. That Juicy Fruit jingle has definitely stuck with me! I don't comment often but I really appreciate your channel. I usually watch and rewatch when I'm stressed because it takes me back to my childhood. Thank you ❤
6:08 - Jackson Beck, aka the G.I. Joe announcer, had a huge career voice acting, including being the voice of Bluto in the Popeye cartoons for a number of years.
As someone who grew up being surrounded or went to random salon with stacks of old and new Avon/Tupperware product catalogues, I never realized it was an MLM business.... haha
McDonald's-they don't make ads like these anymore 😢 Fitness Is Feeling Great-for those who walk in slow motion MacGyver-5:08..had he mistimed that jump..😮 Saran Wrap-used by Cobra in their latest secret weapon! Fudge Oreo- so that's who was heard in the audience of that L.A Philharmonic concert😂 Pathmark-if Butterball turkeys aren't on sale in NJ,then try for Massachusetts
Being from the area I have no idea why Pathmark was pushing New Jersey so much (with CALIFORNIA strawberries in the Garden State might I add!) All I know was Pathmark's parent company was based in NJ and most of their stores were located here but that's all I know! Followed by an ad for tourism in Massachusetts!!!! I will say that deaf ad for McDonalds struck me as interesting I don't think there would be anything like that today!
I love the Oreo jingle, gave me good chocolate vibes. Man I really miss this era. RIP Kenny Rogers, he was so handsome in that Dole commercial, don't you all agree?
To the poster of this video: an clarification: Avon wasn’t a pyramid scheme, it was a door to door cosmetics company…I should know my late mother sold that stuff from 1992-2009 …they also sold an very popular Men’s cologne which I gathered an few from my parents home after they passed away ( very potent even after 15+ years I must add scent wise) see : below simplified answer: In short a Lady selling cosmetics door to door to others …
"Pyramid Scheme" may be an exaggeration on my part but they are still a MLM. There is an actual product involved but the operation still relies on recruitment. fairshake.com/consumer-guides/mlm-pyramid-scheme-guide/

Keebler E.L. Fudge - Only a reporter with great integrity could mistake a cookie for an elf…

1:23 - Back when jingles could be as epic as the stuff you heard on the radio.
I love seeing your comments 😊 just wanted to say that ❤
@@jamilaleclerc5862Thanks so much!
The McDonald’s ad was so wholesome and ahead of its time (the Americans with Disabilities Act, also known as ADA, was enacted in 1990).

5:47 - Kenny is definitely giving some shade to that kid here.
It's his son Christopher. That look down at the end is like "what did you just say?"
10:39 I've always loved this ad
Red M&Ms makes it return after a decade. I wonder if return of the Red saw a spike in sales.

0:44 That McDonald's commercial had a Marlee Matlin of it's own
Kenny knows when hold em Kenny knows when to dole em
11:33 How rude!
