As they should. Last thing they want is getting dragged into this mess. Life goes on, just because one employee quit or is protesting to quit doesn't mean the whole company is going to crumble. They got their own stuffs, own schedules, own fanbase and own baggage to worry about so why would they care about that few employees? The only people that WOULD really care is the poor 9am-6pm normal working employees, PR & legal team of hybe and ador who are constantly getting caught up in overtime and endless paperwork from all this ongoing fiasco. Yes its part of their job, but the work keeps piling up more and more every single time those girls pull something new. I actually feel more sorry for the employees than the other hybe artists. And i doubt that BHS is going to give them pay raise after all this end.
I think it's important to recognize that every idol or any entertainment person can have different experiences at the same company so for some it's good for some it's bad and that's just how it is considering there's so many different people working at the company.

I seriously used to adore them as part of the Hybe family, I'm really not a person to shift their loyalties quickly but after the recent events I couldn't care less, not that I'm a hybe fan but since I'm an army I have an inclination towards hybe groups as we consider them a big family.

As they should. Last thing they want is getting dragged into this mess. Life goes on, just because one employee quit or is protesting to quit doesn't mean the whole company is going to crumble.
They got their own stuffs, own schedules, own fanbase and own baggage to worry about so why would they care about that few employees? The only people that WOULD really care is the poor 9am-6pm normal working employees, PR & legal team of hybe and ador who are constantly getting caught up in overtime and endless paperwork from all this ongoing fiasco. Yes its part of their job, but the work keeps piling up more and more every single time those girls pull something new. I actually feel more sorry for the employees than the other hybe artists. And i doubt that BHS is going to give them pay raise after all this end.

I seriously used to adore them as part of the Hybe family, I'm really not a person to shift their loyalties quickly but after the recent events I couldn't care less, not that I'm a hybe fan but since I'm an army I have an inclination towards hybe groups as we consider them a big family.
Fellow BTS fan since 2018 here. Just because you love BTS doesn't mean you should support Hybe. Hybe isn't any different than any other kpop company out there and you know it. No kpop corporation should ever be supported over an artist, those corporations just care about profit and idolization.
