Imagine on national TV, Nigeria is a joke but if any non Nigerian say this, Rufai will be speaking jargon. When you allow emotions to decide your thoughts, this is what you get.
Nobody says nothing is wrong in the way the security agencies are handling the issue of crude oil theft but to be laughing at the effort the security agencies are making to address the situation shows how some of them called journalists reasons.
