ive been burnt out on animal crossing for a few years and I have major adhd so that doesn't help I wish I had the creativity you had your island is amazing
One thing I hope Nintendo works on is legends arceus, I feel like they can do so much with that game. For example the area where you start the game when you learn how to catch pokemon with the starters, there's a boat dock maybe they can use that to travel to the other regions and in doing so they can add in more pokemon from those regions and maybe add more hair styles and clothes from those regions. The reason I thought of this is because acnh had the boat dock before adding in kapin, but who knows it's just a fun thought.
Nintendo will MOST DEFINITLY not do that. Its most likely theywill just keep doing legends games from diferent hard to get mythicals (a futiristic one for Genesect sounds cool and could tie in things fron SV) while and update sounds good, but from a game developing perspective, a full game gets you more money than a DLC. they could add more pokemon to the space-time distorsions buts its highly unlikely.
The only DLC I can imagine we'd get is the Kapp'n islands from New Island because it would have new fruit, furniture, and mini games but I'd obviously prefer if they just put that in the game for free
I want the next system to be the same as the Switch (handheld and home console) but more powerful. They absolutely can do that, the Steam Deck has proved it. I hope it also has backwards comparability with Switch games. But yeah, I hope they keep going with the Switch forever basically. I love playing in handheld mode, I need the next one to be handheld.
There's a game similar to Nintendogs called Little Friends. Not Nintendogs as we remember it but you can adopt dogs OR cats and take your dog to competitions, go on a walk, Dress them up etc. Its wholesome.
i love the switch, its like the ds and wii together. this console is such a good one, i could see them revamping the console to add more features/improve upon the current features. like the ds! ds lite, dsi, 3ds, 2ds, 3dsxl, etc.

I’m a teacher of young children and one of the FRIST life lessons I teach is “never get mad on someone else’s behalf” I can’t even count how many times a kid has run up to me saying “Kid A is being mean to Kid B!” And my response is always “well, if Kid B had a problem with what Kid A was doing, they would come and tell me. So it’s not a problem.” It’s the same with adults but honestly even more so! If someone has an issue with another person, let THEM handle it.
I both agree and disagree, because- and especially with children- it can be hard to stand up for yourself for some people or even know that what happened was wrong. I think it’s really just subjective when it all comes down to it
@@bee5607 that is completely understandable and completely correct which is why I also start at day one building, a strong bond and connection with the kids in my care so that if something does happen, they do come to me and tell me because they know that I will listen and I will take them seriously
i believe the 2.0 update wasn't supposed to happen, but not because all that content was going to be in updates. i just think they shipped an unfinished game because they didn't want to delay it. all or almost all of those features were supposed to be in 1.0 imo, but they were cut sort of early on to be able to release on time. nintendo had release issues before covid but after the game released, the 2.0 update was delayed due to covid. like if they wanted updates to keep the game alive they would have kept up with seasonal items for different years, or had DLC items sort of like the 7-eleven items in new leaf. big things like brewster, kapp'n, and gyroids were expected from the start and were a disappointment when they weren't included, the effect it had on the community to add these in update was just giving us what we thought we were going to have from the beginning. but the quality of life, cooking and HHP are more obvious update items. tldr i believe the 2.0 update was supposed to be smaller, with mostly quality of life/hhp. they just didn't have time and did a sims 4 with release.
About your discussion on the direct, I’m commenting after it happened so no new console yet, but I wouldn’t be surprised if they pull a 3ds move. Like the ds -> 3ds move was pretty good to me. Updated system, could play ds games just fine, included a new feature but wasn’t TOO new. If they do smthn similar with the switch then it could go very well (Thinking on it, the wiiu to the switch was kinda like the ds to the 3ds…)
In Animal Crossing for the game cube, during a certain time of day during an event (I forgot what it's called :'>) two villagers will race and another one will stand off to the side and pull out a starter pistol and fire it to start the race between the racing villagers who will run around (and fall on their face in the process) the plaza's fountain. So yes, there was guns in Animal Crossing xDDDD

I thought the Direct was amazing. OPENING beat was the long awaited Pikmin 4 trailer WITH A RELEASE DATE (the game was mentioned once in 2015, then practically no news until late 2022 so many longtime fans thought the IP was dead). then we get Metroid Prime not just a report but a remaster with incredible graphics and new controls released IN THE SAME DAY. and then it closed with the new Zelda trailer and gameplay footage. I was hyped as hell watching yesterday
also forgot to include the hype for our queen Birdo FINALLY making her next playable appearance in MK8. her and Petey were my top two back in Double Dash days
I find it funny how when it comes to the pokemon games there are these theories that the two newest main line games weren't actually meant for the switch. People theorized that Pokemon Sword and Shield was originally gonna be for the 3Ds and the reason why the graphics and everything else looks really off, and even incomplete, is because halfway into making the game they had to switch platforms, and now people are theorizing Scarlet and Violet were suppose to be for the next Nintendo console. Personally I think Sword and Shield theory is accurate in all honesty, but not so much for SV and I just think GameFreak didn't have enough time to optimize the game because they were making Legends Arceus and SV at the same time.
Ya I need to finish BOTW. I'm just exploring everything and haven't finished the story yet! But man, I was hoping for a Fantasy Life game on the Switch and NEVER thought it would happen because I didn't think the company was developing games in the west anymore so needless to say I am THRILLED
