- This is a deep shamanic reiki energy healing with a focus on the upper chakras, especially the crown and third eye. This can help with the pineal gland and the soul star chakra. It can help remove blockages with intuition, psychic abilities, clarity, and proper discernment. It may help heal the wounding or whatever is blocking these areas which could tie into other lifetimes. It can help with clarity if there are things in one's life that are blocking them which could be a variety of reasons such as people, environment, situations, or what some may be ingesting or around. It may help fine-tune one's inner compass to be able to discern the difference between truth and untruth. It may help clear out old woundings regarding other souls from different lifetimes that may be affecting our clarity in this lifetime because of it. This is also assisting with very heavy soul retrieval and big processes including walk-in souls whether they are large soul aspects and fragments or full-on swaps. Be mindful, when so many groups are going through such big shifts in these upper chakras sometimes a person becomes a completely different person including literally. When this happens, sometimes people pivot and take a drastically different or opposite direction in their life which could be shocking to them or others around them. Unexpected changes, life decisions, changes of heart, or feelings can be a part of this including it feeling easier to do so. Some could have lightning bolt type inspiration, instant manifestation, and new psychic gifts like clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience, claircognizance, clairaudience, mediumship, animal communication, telepathy, remote viewing, reading auras, telekinesis, and empath abilities. Manifesting goals may become easier afterwards. I don't believe we just have one life purpose, but there could be some clarity on what big goal we may want to have next. Some may be dropping the label of mission or soul purpose with just a goal to be happy. This healing may connect us with other souls that are meant to build in this next stage of our evolution. Follow the signs, synchronicity, intuitive guidance, and bread crumbs which can take some time to manifest. On the other hand, sometimes the soul will cancel a contract with another soul even if it was originally intended to come to fruition. Many collectively have reached or may reach a timeline and reality that was far higher than we ever initially planned to reach so prior intuitive guidance may no longer manifest if a higher path is chosen. It can feel confusing feeling like our intuition was wrong, but this is what happens when souls beat their prior goals and earn a higher one. Spiritually, life is about potentials not things being set in stone which some people struggle with.

🦉 Power animals are also called totem animals or spirit animals. They are the energy of a particular animal collective, and plant totems are similar. Normally, you will notice synchronicity when the guidance is being offered to you with certain totems. It's typical to work with a couple at any given time which can come and go, however, I work with over 20 at all times because of who I am and why I do what I do. If you start working with a new one, it is called power animal retrieval. If you look up information on a particular totem, I recommend looking at multiple sites and only skimming and taking what jumps out at you not the entire passage if you research online.

This is a deep shamanic reiki energy healing with a focus on the upper chakras, especially the crown and third eye. You can set intentions then hit play. You don't necessarily have to watch the video with your eyes or listen to the music unless you want to. I recommend grounding your energy often when doing alot of energy healing. I really appreciate your support. I like these to be as freeing and efficient as they can be, so whatever works for you. I think intentions matter the most, so some may want to get into a meditative state before if it makes the intentions stronger, but you don't have to. You can do these healings as often as you would like. But if you do them often, I would make sure you really listen to your body and drink extra water. I tend to go overboard with these types as I like to heal a lot at once, however, many people can't handle it and need to pace themselves more. I also prefer to use these videos around days I don't have many obligations so I can honor myself more in case I need extra space, rest, or other healing. I suppose it all depends how much each person is ready to heal when they hit play. I think it's a good idea to ground after too. That's something I should add into my verbiage especially with the upper chakras, so thank you for reminding me as it's important. :)

I was going to use it before bed. Is that okay?
Absolutely. That is when I like to do it myself usually. You can set intentions for it to help you fall asleep vs it being stimulating. Also setting intentions to do any releasing during dream space too. Personally, I don't always know what healings will make me tired or awake, but I have the best results when I remember to make my intentions crystal clear even saying them out loud.
Should i look at screen or just listen
You actually don't even have to listen and can just hit play after you set your intentions. If I'm going to receive I usually just turn the volume down and don't watch it. I'll make sure I clarify these things as I've been switching up my blanket verbiage so thank you for asking so I can include it. I want the long ones to be efficient and effortless.
