wow, this rapunzels prince was so funny and sarcastic, i actually laughed out loud at his delivery of the lines hahaa! and the Cinderella’s prince has an absolutely beautiful voice
Really? Small world. I remember going to see him in Shrek on Broadway a few years ago with my mom. It was a great show, we both loved it, and he even signed my playbill after. But I was still a little . . concerned, I guess, about him playing Farquaad. Not because of the part itself, but more because my dad is kind of in the same age group as your cousin and my dad can't be on his knees for three minutes without pain, not to mention almost three hours straight 6 times a week for over a year.
Broadwaypuppet it’s not written into the script but it helps the audience distinguish between them during the Midnight sequences and it’s just another costume color motif, nothing super symbolic or deep beyond that. I’m guessing someone chose the colors and everyone since then hasn’t bothered to change them since they’re so arbitrary
I mean, shooting in the dark here but Cinderella is famous for her blue dress? Maybe Rapunzel wore burgundy sort of plum colours? Its honestly probably not as deep as that, smashing costumes though! ☺️
A while back me and someone else alternated nights as the Cat in the Hat(my favorite role) in Seussical, and now he's playing Cinderella's Prince and I'm playing Rapunzel's Prince.

I adore Christopher's voice. So lovely. ^__^
I think this may be the best version I've seen. Perfect!
I love that Chris is my cousin, I can go see his plays any time I want to. Not to mention seeing him at the family reunions.

TheChickenWhoS wow
Is it just me or does Christopher Sieber looks a bit like Earl Carpenter doing Javert?

What is it with Cinderella's prince wearing blue and Rapunzel's prince wearing purple in so many productions of this??

The filmed production has them wear a princely uniform in pure black
