I can’t believe I’ve never seen this before….I love apricot cobbler & as I had a few blackberries I threw them in too. It was absolutely delicious so thank you for the recipe/video as it worked a treat

We used to make this same recipe for a Mom's and Pop's style restaurant we owned out in the country. It was wildly popular. :)

Off topic, but I love the wooden counter tops and the floor! Hardwood all the way :)

I like it! Instructions are as clear and informative as the jewelry vids. Good fun and I thank you! BTW, Rossi seems to be holding up pretty well... :)

So far I've tried that recipe with fresh pears, concentrate apple juice and almonds, with apple, apple juice and cinnamon, and today abricot (finally!) and almonds. It is my new favorite: easy and delicious. Thanks! P.S. I also love your jewelry-jewellery videos :)

Thank you. It is delicious. And very easy, if i can prepare it, anyone can. I found semi tart cherries in juice at the health food store. Oh my, it was out of this world. And i did it all myself.

You make baking seem as easy as you make jewelry making seem easy

I'm behind on watching your latest videos... anyways, after watching this one, my daughter needed to cook dinner, etc for her girl scout project. This was the desert we made to go with it, but we used Apple's because that's what we had around. tasted great and my daughter now can cook it for me! (bonus so I can stay at the bench longer!)

Had to laugh when guy who plays with a torch all day says "don't burn yourself" taking dish out of oven. Hey danger-man, enough of this risky business!

I beg to differ. Where have you been? Busy busy busy teaching, I'm sure. And, I must ask, where is your Little Torch? Why the change? And how do you like the one you have now (can't remember what it's called)? I considered that one when I was getting mine....looking for that cold weather T-shirt....so comfy when soldering in the winter; layers! Love the Peter Keep teaching, great collaboration.
