Thank you for the wonderful inspiration. I really appreciate the spontaneous projects, they really help me learn the techniques. Love that your kids brought you flowers, I miss those days.
OK, THIS is why I kept all those zippers!! I KNEW there was a reason, I just didn't know what it was! Isn't it funny how we keep some of the silliest stuff and find out why YEARS later??!?? Thanks sweetie, this is brilliant. Hugs from the southern California desert, MK 🤗❤️🌵❤️🤗 LOL, Yes! Hand and boot sticking out! ABSOLUTELY! You're just like me... "...and then... and then... I'm gonna stop here... this little bead!!!...". I just love you!🙌🙌
Perfect timing for this video! I bought a huge bag of vintage lace and sewing supplies at a garage sale. There were over 50 zippers in the bag. Now I know what to do with them. Thank you for sharing your amazing ideas!!!
I've been watching you since the video you made to introduce yourself. I'm CONSTANTLY amazed!! Tonight as I began watching this I thought I really wish I could sit across a table from you and watch you think it out. When you began asking should the boy's boot stick out I actually laughed out loud because I felt I WAS across the table from you! You're some kind of paper-crafting genius! You could be a lead designer for any paper craft company you'd like. Thank You for keeping me interested, and for making ME look like a genius❣️❣️❣️
Thank you for this. I recently purchased 100 zippers with no specific ideas of how to incorporate them into my journals. This is just the inspiration I needed.
Oh my, this is just what I needed for the tin of zips I was gifted by a cousin many years ago, now they have a purpose, thanks so much Natasha for the lovely ideas and for sharing your super crafty ideas with us, hugs from south africa💖
"I made a thing!". I love it. Your ideas open all kinds of possibilities with sewing and junk journaling: pockets, belts, frogs, cuffs. Great inspiration For the record, I never mind watching you craft or your wanderings off topic. 😃
Genious! I searched thru my stash and only had one zipper (that wasn't an invisible zip). Had to go make one right away so I wouldn't forget. So sweet that your kiddos brought you flowers from their walk! They love their momma!
Another fabulous tutorial! Thank you for showing us the complete project! I won't watch crafters that start a project, but don't show you completed steps. Also, how is a person to learn if mistakes are not shown, and then corrections are then made on camera? I so appreciate your willingness to share mistakes and corrections. Now that's how we learn...right? 👩💻😊
I loved, loved, loved this tutorial!! ❤ My favorite page was the last one- the grungy tag. The little boy with his hand and foot sticking out-precious! And, yes, I did want you to go on into oblivion! 🤗
'You made a thing.' And your "things" are always over-the-top creative!!! Thank you so much for sharing. I love that you kept going with your projects!
I am always astonished at the crafts that you create. They are always one of a kind. I love everything that you do. At my craft shows I like to do one of a kind crafts. This is it.
These are fabulous! I have to make a special card for my granddaughter’s birthday next month. 🎉😃❤️ And I don’t care what others say, but I LOVE listening to you ramble! 😂😂
WOW, 😮 ALL I COULD DO WAS SHAKE MY HEAD & SAY NOW YOU SHOWING OUT! 😂 Amazing. Thankfully I’m a seamstress and have plenty of zippers. Thankfully for you sharing ❤❤ 🎉
Brilliant! Natasa, you are at your best when you go with the flow and I, for one, and always mesmerized. So, please, go with the flow, my dear. Always and everywhere. ~ Lisa
I got great inspiration from this video. I used to so lots of clothing but now I don't do anything as fussy as having a zipper in it unless I'm making a pillow. So I have lots of zippers that I can use for this idea. Thank you so much it's so versatile. You clearly have more beautiful wildflowers then we did in Wisconsin when I was raising my children. The flowers your children brought you were exquisite. I received dandelions and oxide daisies. And in the spring there would be a little Branch from a crabapple tree. Those days go by so fast
Hello Natasha, you always make everything so beautiful. Yes I've got zippers and now I know what I saved them for. I pray that you are feeling much better today. Take care young lady and God bless you and yours. Sincerely Becky B from Arkansas
I love everything you do! I’m a paper freak and I just need to build me a little she shed to close the door and pull up one of your videos and work right along with you!
How wholesome and creative you are, such a lovely change from all the sleeze one sees on the internet. Those colorful flowers your children picked for you were spectacular. What a gift. 🎁 Thank you for sharing you're lovely, unusual ideas. 🙏 And your sense if humour in the 'unboxing' video... 🥊🥊.. 😂 perhaps in all seriousness you could be a comedian! I get it🙄
Good morning Natasha ❤. Absolutely love 💗 this project. I have hundreds (not kidding) of zippers in all colours. Thank you 🙏🏻 for sharing your time and talent. And the lovely flowers 💐 from your kids was so sweet. Have a great day my friend. Hugs 🤗 Dee 😊
Natasa, these zipper ideas are fantastic!! I love that you follow your creative spirit! My favorite projects are created that way. The grunge page that you made positioning the Tim Holtz paper doll “hand and boot” was sheer perfection!! Thank you so much for all of the inspiration! 👍🏼👏🏼😍
Oh Natasha, you have outdone yourself this time! Zippers! What fun! I have old zippers that I have been collecting for years. I always rip them out of discarded garments, along with buttons, of course, before tossing the clothing out. Now you have shown us what to do with them, huge thanks! I really like the last one you made, on the fly. Was fun watching your thought process, as you tossed ideas around. Love that the little boy had his hand and foot sticking out! I was telling you, Yes, have them sticking out! LOL You must have heard me! 🙂 Thanks again, for sharing your beautiful projects with us. (((HUGS)))
Absolutely love it. You are so creative. I found you on TH-cam when I was dipping into junk journal. You are my favorite because you don't buy everything to make it. You use what you have and go with it. Thank you. Love the flowers from your children. So sweet.
Oh my goodness, Natasha, you are truly a blessing, just as ALL YOUR FANS MENTIONED, just when i thought i seen it all, you come along with yet another NEW IDEA. I agree with everyone of your fans comments. ❤❤❤, keep doing what you do 😊😊😊 best. Everything looks so RICH, & exquisite, over the top.
Thank you for sharing! You never run out of ideas, you are so talented! Every time I watch you, I am inspired! May God continue to bless you and your family always!
Wow, I just love this idea. I have so many sippers I saved to fix clothing when my boys were home. It will be a good way to use them. Thank you for inspiring me.😊😊😊😊
I LOVE this idea. What a fun and unique addition to a journal. I like technique 1 when it is open best. Technique 2 is wonderful as a cover - imagine on a sewing or fashion journal! Technique 3 is great as both a page and a cover. Technique 4 - what a fun card! A great way to tuck in a gift card or cash. Technique 5 - another wonderful look. Your tip about the double-sided tape is brilliant. I have glue coming through on tags when I use sheer ribbon.. I’ll do this trick! I have to look through my sewing stash to see if I have a zipper. Thank you for a truly inspiring tutorial! ❤ SayessDesign
OMGoodness, your mind never stops. And to think I have a bunch of old never used metal zippers from long ago. Now I know just what to do with them. These are terrific. Your gifts just keep on coming.
I absolutely love this idea!! I am always in awe of your unique ideas. I just recently saved an older pair of my husbands denim jeans, with the intent of doing some kind of journal project with them. In my mind I wanted to use as many parts of the jeans as possible. You've just given me ideas for using the zipper. YAY!!!
I would not have thought of using zippers like this, Natasa! What Will you come up with next? Always entertaining to watch. Yes, one can go on forever adding bits, very fun! One project i made years ago with a zipper is a plastic bottle that I cut open on one side, glued on the zipper and covered the bottle with the leg of an old sock. It's a handsome holder for extra pens! I would share a photo if I could do so here.
Natasha you are so clever and inventive. This is fabulous. i absolutely love this idea and would never have thought of it. I am truely inspired. Thanks so much for sharing your fabulous idea. How beautiful of your children to bring you flowers from their walk. The love their mum, soooo sweet. 🧡🌸💮🌺
