    I really appreciate your style of teaching. I love that you give detailed instructions, starting with the tools and where you can get them, as well as recommendations for obtaining wire. I find your instructions to be very clear and helpful. Your narrative was lucid with little wasted time. And I like the pieces!

    Thank you for a fantastic tutorial! I’ve only just begun wire wrapping and your videos are so helpful to me. My daughter has a couple of pieces that belonged to her Dad, who passed away a couple of years ago and she wanted something secure but pretty, so that she could wear them. I made a small adjustment at the end, so that it could be used with a jump ring. She absolutely loves it and says she pieces are now doubly special. ❣️

    Thank you for your tutorial! Very well explained! I do have one question - if I heard you correctly, you said you use about 3 yards of the 28-gauge wire but it looked like you measured out 3 feet. Just making sure the amount is 3 feet and not yards. Thank you so much!!! Can't wait for the pendant tutorial! You make beautiful jewelry!

    • @FantasiaElegance
      @FantasiaElegance  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hi Amy! Thanks so much! Oops, I must have misspoken. I did in fact cut 3 feet, not 3 yards! Good catch. Thanks for watching!

    • @glossydemarco358

    “Thank you so much” I’m doing good with the jewelry making but I’d like to make a few of your designs. I want to order some wire but would like to ask you what types of various wire to order to begin with. I do have some wire from the craft store but would like to order the best sizes to begin with. I’m amazed with your designs and appreciate your videos. I’m recovering from cancer treatment and can’t get out to shop to find these various sizes. Just want to ask your opinion because it’s hard getting out to shop. Thank you for all your beautiful videos.🌻🌻🌻

      You're so welcome! It depends on what you're planning to make.... if you're most interested in wire weaving, then something like 18 or 20 and 26 or 28 gauge would be a good place to start. If you're doing more general wire wrapping then I'd recommend starting with 18, 20, and 24. Also, RioGrande is a great place to order wire online! I always recommend something super affordable and easy to work with like dead soft copper when you're practicing :) I hope that helps! Thanks so much for watching

    Great tutorial except you didn't measure out 3 yards of 28gauge you measured out 3ft which is one yard. So you might want to mention that in your description, just so that people following along to the audio, won't make the mistake of taking off 9ft(3yards) of 28gauge wire.

    3 yards of fine wire?? It look like a foot x 3 to me...?

    • @FantasiaElegance
      @FantasiaElegance  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, I misspoke. It is 3 feet (1 yard) as shown. Though 3 yards would definitely get it done! ;) Sorry about that!

    you need to slow down a little

  • @mollyritter8931
    @mollyritter8931 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

    This starts out as a great tutorial, but then it becomes completely unclear when you’re securing the pendant to the bail. Which “circle” are you weaving the wire tails through? Slowing down the video doesn’t help, because you’re not showing the process in close detail. All I see are your hands obscuring the work. 😢
