Great video!!! They use to have an ice skating rink on the top floor , I enjoyed visiting that mall whenever I visit Cambodia . I have not visited aeon 2/3 yet
This is like my chill place when I was there for nearly 2 months. Honestly, PP is pretty boring. I'm going to visit my country Thailand for the first time in 33 years soon. I can't wait to meet with my relatives, friends, and villagers there again.
Yep!! I agree, it’s not very touristy friendly and not many things to do except visit the markets. That sounds awesome, can’t wait for you to go as well ! Have a safe travel :)
thanks for visited Cambodia. in the city you got to ask people to record on camera (privacy rights)in the country side people open mine to let you record. I would ask before you start recording.
USD4.50 for a movie ticket is more expensive than catching one in Malaysia or Thailand and a bowling game at USD5 is definitely more expensive even than Singapore which is supposed to be one of the most expensive city in the world.
@@travellingwithmaz I think, only in that arcade area specifically. We were hanging out and I took my phone out for some cute pictures the employee said we can't take pictures inside.
Some malls u will be asked to stop recording cos they consider its a private area I don't know y it is stupid also, but outside like market its ok to do what ever, go to CENTRAL MARKET, just gotta to beware some locals are fine to be recorded and some aren't , if u wanna talk or interview some locals just ask if it's OK to record them , u probably get the ok to, telling u , u need to get out of Phnom Penh go to siem reap where Angkor watt is at, and also PUB STREET, recommend u go to PUB STREET on a Friday or Saturday night after 8.30pm
Can anyone tell me if the coach bags OR Charles & Keith handbags re 100% REAL LEATHER AUTHENTIC?, When I was in Taipei I went to a store where they sold C&K but the sales girl told me they were knockoffs 😳😳🤣Well I greatly appreciate her honesty want expecting that though 🤷🏼♀️🤣🙄‼️ She did say the real Charles and Keith store was somewhere else but way more expensive But what about in Cambodia should I trust they are real just cause there in a mall? I’m so happy to see Superdry I’m a heavy superdry VIP I have so many shirts from them ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ It never seems to fail though most malls in these Asian countries have so many American stores they should be original and come up with a few stores of there own I’m sure they do but where🤷🏼♀️ Thanks
Hey there ! I would just like to say the best way to find out their authenticity is to check out the original Charles and Keith website and look at their locations. This will tell you whether the products are genuine or not, generally if they’re from a big store like AEON ( which is a Japanese reputable mall throughout Asia), they are from my opinion generally real and authentic. Charles and Keith in Cambodia is legitimate, I’ve checked it and also, I would recommend buying in Singapore ( if you happen to go there) prices are actually much cheaper and I got my wallet there when doing price comparisons across countries. In terms of the sales girls, I would say just be a bit more cautious of where you’re going and do your research first! If it’s one of those malls outside vendors mixed with food stalls, it most likely would be knock offs. If it’s in a big big supermarket that’s reputable like aeon, I would generally trust it. Oh and also, Cambodia uses US currency as well to purchase items there so it might be a good idea to use this while purchasing goods ;)
Thank you so much for the suggestion!! I will keep that in mind and continually keep working on it so I can develop my skills further and create good vlogging videos 😜😜
Oh really ? Would you mind sharing your opinion on what you think is a popular coffee in Cambodia? I came to the conclusion the fact that Cafe Amazon has 124 branches in Cambodia and Star bucks has 36 branches in Cambodia and from locals opinion. While travelling Cambodia, I’ve seen so many Cafe Amazon stores attached to petrol stations and majority of attraction sites I’ve been to have a cafe Amazon. These are generally filled with locals and when I walk into Starbucks, I hardly see any local customers and are mostly foreigners or business men. This statement is just purely based on my perception and what I’ve seen and heard from other locals.
Sad stuff. Some western companies -convinced some cambodians- thinking they can establish western mentality in Cambodian middle class. Malls in Cambodia? Really? Cambodian people will never become consumer robots. Sad stuff. And you re calling consumerism "developement". Go home. Consume.
Everyone’s got their own opinion of what development is and I spoke to a few locals and they actually enjoy the new malls built with air conditioned places. Aeon mall is particularly popular among them so I guess we’ll have to let the locals decide whether it’s popular or not and whether the development has been an added value to their life, the community and the country. I mean if you want them to go home, then you can personally make your own decision to not visit the mall and support them. However, I can’t speak for other Cambodians and the ones I have spoken to prefer to visit the place. They enjoy it to hang out, eat food, enjoy the entertainment such as bowling & cinemas and shopping.

Yep!! I also think Cambodia is quite expensive from a tourist perspective as everything’s in USD !
Do they have that 50 to 100 dollar video charge like you said they did in that other mall you videoed?
Just in the Olympic mall but with aeon mall, they didn’t really say anything but I figured if I got stopped, they would have told me to stop recording
cool
Very cool!
That’s strange. I haven’t experienced anyone stopping me from filming except around embassy area 😅
That’s odd!! Have you recorded in the shopping centres ??
I generally get stopped in there !

All the Amazon Cafes are always packed. You ok? 😹
Amazon is my favorite, so you're wrong 😊
Amazon is a Thai coffee brand that's sold in many countries.
@@mayureenoumkhoksung8607that's why it's very low standard both environment in the store and the process in the store.
