HH demands forensic audit at ZAMMSA

President HAKAINDE HICHILEMA has ordered a forensic audit at the Zambia Medicines and Medical Supplies Agency -ZAMMSA.
And Health Minister SYLVIA MASEBO has assured donors that Government is doing everything possible to ensure that the issues at ZAMMSA are adequately resolved.
Ms MASEBO has also appealed to the cooperating partners to help government determine the efficacy of the drugs in the containers.
She says this is because some local suppliers are already spreading falsehood that the drugs are expired.
Speaking when she updated cooperating partners on ZAMMSA at the Ministry of Health in Lusaka, Ms. MASEBO said that government will NOT rule out sabotage in the issue.
