BTM: Inside Kendall's World Ep. 4 (Empowerment: Acupuncture, Beach Photo Shoot BTS, Body Positivity)

Hiii friends. 😘 Come follow along this INCREDIBLE day in both Costa Mesa and Laguna Beach ☀️ (my first hometown, actually!). First, we visit my incredible acupuncturist (needle warning 👀!!!), Ray, to get an inside look at the specifics of my recovery routine for the last 3+ years, through all of my major injuries. Then we head to Black Market Bakery, before finally spending the rest of the day with my two beautiful friends exploring Laguna, doing my first ever beach photo shoot ✨ just for myself ✨, eating ice cream, wearing pink and bows lol, while we talk about:
💌 the struggles women face in the world of “empowerment,”
💌 our definition of “body positivity,”
💌 the lack of role models we’ve had growing up in the media,
💌 and WHAT WE CAN ACTUALLY DO ABOUT IT NOW to move things in a better direction for ourselves and other girls and women around us.
I never thought I’d be making YT videos like this, but I am really grateful to have this sort of content out now. It’s as much a part of my process with ED recovery and sharing authentically as it is for “content.” Thank you for being here for it. :)
