I know this is an older video, but how do you suggest attaching the tassel to the cap or a bookmark?
For a cap, I would hot glue the tassel to the cap and hot glue a button on top of of the twist tie it as I did for my graduation cap gift box. th-cam.com/video/1-mJOCS2KNQ/w-d-xo.html
For a bookmark, I would make hole in the bookmark and feed the end of the twist tie through and bend it to secure. I would also add a small amount of hot glue to the end where it was twisted to make it more secure. I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any more questions.
