Better then you get in North America Imo as in North America our infra is old and dated. Remember subscribers I am not saying that CC is better then LT I am just syaing it is different. I love both. Own both (NOW). BOTH will boom in coming years. All depends what's you want but it's all here in our real estate in the DR.
@@Realestateinthedr We visited Las Terrenas this past October and fell in love. It is the absolutely one of the BEST beach towns we have ever visited but we decided on investing in Cap Cana. I'm a golfer so it really wasn't an option. My wife and I have already discussed possibly buying a second property in LT so its ALL LOVE for Las Terrenas.
