That “constant, not faster” difference is very important

Tons of small details that Aaron shared over the weekend that I had not yet considered but plan to implement and play around with

8:44. You can spin back kick clockwise or counter clockwise if you know the body mechanics when it comes to a person walking towards your with a 🗡

I'm not too sure I want to do a spinning back kick it's one of the slowest moves and he could stab you in the leg greasy even if you do connect. Personally that slap block were you through the guy's hand acrossed in front of you and now you are on the outside of his arm. That would be the time to attempt to catch because you could step in there before I can get his arm back after that slap. I'm not sure you could grab his arm at this point but I would rather try from the outside. If you get lucky with that slap block and step outside he might fall on the knife.

@markmcgoveran6811 Season 2 of the Ultimate Self Defense Championships (by MartialArtsJourney/Rokas on TH-cam) feature one contestant doing tons of spinning back kicks. In one round he defended a knife flawlessly using it too!

Yall are spending way too much time intellectualizing rage attacks. No one who actually trains knife is out here stabbing people.

Guys, you have knowledge of the blade to teach it. The advice here is dangerous and UNTESTED against someone that knows ho to use a knife, and willing to bet never ued in a real fight. If you want to learn bjj, dont learn from a wrestler that justhv wrestling knowledge with knowing a few bjj techniques vice versa nor learn judo from a bjj guy that know a few judo throws. It's the same with Self-defense, learn from someone that actually have trained and compete and/or experience real striving, knife and just being aware of shit. My suggestioning go train with a reputable Knife training organization b/c there are principles that must be in the fore front all the time. The front push or snap kick is not a option in my opinion, keep both feet on ground to move and stability...imo

He was joking with the kick :v
The bald guy is an experienced policeman and bouncer that has survived knife attacks. Also certified in knife self defense
The bearded guy is a creator and founder of Knife control system
They have tested this under stress situations, practice yourself
