Junaid my friend, I love all your videos as they are amazing and intellectually constructed, this how ever wass a disappointment. Please read till the end as this might be informative. (FYI) I am a QSR consultancy professional working with international chains at the moment so I know what I am talking about here.
Firstly Simply Sufi is copying everything from McDonald's and KFC. From operating procedures to menu items. There's nothing original except for the brand logo. Secondly the international consultant they told you is actually a Desi Pakistani guy working for McDonald's in UK. Simply Sufi flies him over to check on their product occasionally. Even that guy isn't qualified enough to give originality to the brand as he is prone to following McDonald's SOP's (which are amazing btw). The product they are using is from their frozen food range and nothing has been altered for their restaurant menu. You can literally make the same burger at home and get the same taste using their frozen food range.
Lastly, their local management and the guy leading their operations team is only capable to run a singly restaurant , Not a chain of restaurants.
Simply Sufi is struggling a lot due to bad decision making. I would actually give more points to #CP Five Star# for bringing in original taste and product to our market.
If Simply Sufi Express needs to survive, they need to get rid of their guy leading their site operations and hire someone qualified enough to lead a proper QSR chain.
