Along the same lines as Tails Nightmare, there was a game with a very similar graphic but without being macabre like this game, called Cosmic Rush, where you control Tails in several stages, possibly to save some certain green girl... obviously, both Tails's Nightmare and Cosmic Rush are not official SEGA games but I thought it was worth mentioning here.
