Malinda's Ghost Pepper Wing Sauce has been my favorite for about 10 years now, unless i make my own...requires work... so, I'm glad its getting the recognition it deserves.
In their defence, I'm pretty sure they know good wings since they grew up in the bbq ring of the south (aka, the part that also knows how to cook chicken in all forms) and have toured through Buffalo specifically once or twice for concerts... no defending the Beef on Weck though.
