    I really love how you’re combining mood tracking with tracking your periods and self care activities! That’s low key brilliant, I’m going to be setting up something similar for next month!

    I track daily steps, movement (yoga, strength, HIIT/dance), reading/podcasts and journaling/gratitude. I used your friends & family plan to keep a record how often I caught up with people. Also similar tracker for cleaning jobs throughout the year (clean washing machine, windows etc).

    Thanks for the video. I love your printables. They're awesome! I use the dated calendar on two pages in between your year overview printable. I write birthdays on the year overview pages and I color code appointments on the dated calendar pages.
