- I've made an incredible discovery in 2018. And that discovery is a manga series called BEASTARS.
BEASTARS is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Paru Itagaki. The series has won multiple awards, including being the first Akita Shoten title to take home the Manga Taishō Award.
This is also the first manga I've seen that made excellent use of animal characters, allegory and world building for story design. I've made an emotional connection with the characters and story and I felt the need to created a motion-comic out of it as a tribute.
To make it work I invited my trusty voice acting/artist friends to be involved - I made them READ all +100 chapters to get a good sense of the series and naturally their research and investment paid off with incredible performances.
What a delight to have worked on this project, I thank my friends once again for their amazing input - some of the best acting I've heard working from them as we got to explore different aspects of their capabilities.

Oh man, I didn't even realize your original vid of this had been deleted! Dang! Well, in any event, I'm certainly glad it's back up!!! :D Man, you guys all did *SUCH* a good job, you especially, Elson! Not only did you sink your teeth into the role of Louis as deeply as Legosi sunk his own teeth into Louis' leg (pun fully intended, I have no shame, lol), you also knocked it out of the park with the editing and putting this all together, not to mention casting everyone!
You and Rory were my first Louis and Legosi (and you both obviously had so much fun playing these two characters), so for the longest time, I always heard your guys' voices whenever I read the manga. Although when Jonah and Griffin came along, I started hearing their voices at certain times as well. ;)
One other thing that I always loved to death about your dubs was the choice of music, and I want to take this opportunity to thank you for introducing me to two songs: "La Pa Paradise", as well as the other song (forgot the title) that played during the end credits of your other dub video, "Life After Tem's Murder." Several times I've listened to either song while drawing, or when I'm trying to sleep. This may sound silly, but I think the end credits are my favorite parts for both vids. XD
Once again, I'm glad this masterpiece of a dub is back online for all to see! Hopefully it'll get just as many views and likes and whatnot as the previous did. Take care and God bless, Elson! :)

Yup! The original was unfortunately deleted, along with the comments and analytics, due to the recent hack in 2022.

All the voice actors involved in this particular project were voiced by fans of the original manga by Paru Itakagi.
To further clarify, the VAs from the Netflix anime were not involved in the BEASTARS fan dubs at QUALITY FANDUBS.
