I don't know a lot about GA, but I have a buddy from college who moved to Greenville because they wanted bigger lots and bigger square footage for his budget. But now he hates its such a long drive to the beach for them. Yeah, he's got hiking, but his family likes the beach, so Summerville would of been the better lifestyle option.

Here is what I tell people about reviews and builders. Take the very best to the lowest price builder and they "all" have bad reviews. Especially the new construction builders. It's why the state of SC wants you to have a "Buyer's Agent" to help you through the process. Some agents are better than others. Its why I have composed a team of Agents who can make you feel confident and be rest assured about your purchase by having 3rd party inspections before we close on that home. I was considering moving from GA, but these homes are higher than our homes in which is grander than these homes. The upgrades and appliances are dated, mid-level and overpriced. The elevation is standard and basic. Lennar was a little better, but the granite countertops are dated as well. The win in both are the newness and the amenities in the subdivision.
