The Sonic, Zelda, and Gravity Falls references are not surprising. Amphibia's creator Matt Braly is a Sonic and Zelda fan, and he was a storyboard artist and director at Gravity Falls.

@@robbiesredvelvet9393 true that, the TC Blowup made sure of that... although I still think it's slightly underapreciated but I think that's just me being biased because I love this show a lot more than the owl house, which is still more popular
seeing hollow knight references outside the game's little corner of the internet makes my day every single time.
I freaked when I saw this in the show. Best reference ever!
There's also a reference to terraria! In the episode Anne Vs Nature when they fight the mud monsters their growls are taken straight from Terraria's zombie enemy
And i know its probably a stock sound, but in the intro when they jump on mushrooms it makes the star sound from terarria

Ye I was surprised too. It’s a great indie game but I think it doesn’t get enough praise. Those hand made backgrounds in that game are gorgeous.
shame it never got a reference in Henry Stickmin. I would've loved to see Henry find a way to blow his own head off with shade soul
Bricks-R-Us may also be a Phineas and Ferb reference since there was a toy commercial in the series for a toy Brick.

Also, the blue hedgehog's legs are tinted red, which are the same color of shoes worn by Sonic.

Suspicion Island was more of a Survivor parody. Not a Lost reference.
Hmmm ye I had that same thought but there weren’t any games, announcers, competitions, or eliminations, all of things which are like the core of survivor. Other than being on island I didn’t see any connections to survivor but perhaps it’s both?

And also the sound that domino2 makes is the same as the cleric beast, the first boss in bloodborne
You missed at least three obvious references:
First, in the episode 11 - Grubhog Day, when grubhog spits acid and Anne looks into the void, Hop says "Don't stare
into the abyss, Anne. After all, it stares back." Its a clear reference to famous co called "philosopher" Frederic Nietsche's quote "if you gaze long into an abyss, the abyss also gazes into you".
Second, in episode 5 - Breakout Star, when Hop stays behind with Anna's shoe, he says "Fly you fools", which is an obvious reference to Gandalf soying the same to Fellowship of the Ring before falling into abyss in Moria.
In the same episode, Polly says "I don't want to live on this planet anymore", referencing Futurama show, and famous meme as well.
I have no idea how you could miss them, they were preety obvoius :P

There was an Easter egg with Anne zits when pop pop said fly you fools. Another with Tritonio looking like a Indigo from princess bride.
The one thing I disagree with here (unless it changes, I haven't watched the whole way through yet lmao) is that you listed the bath bomb as a mlp reference. It actually reads peony princess, which is a flower and not a horse :)
There are also more references to owl house and gravity falls, like Anne wears a suit of armor with a staff with King's skull from owl house, and in Marcy's flashback to earth, when she finds the book with the calamity box we see a page with bill cipher on it.

I think 9:07 is more of a BMO reference than Gameboy.

in sus island theres a reference to the Screaming Man Painting. this is where one of the charactors says that they think someone else is sus and it cuts to him doing to iconic expression and the art stile changes for a few seconds to the paintings version. (i can spell the rest for some reason so i am just using sus
When you said that Disney beauty and the beast reference you're actually able to see chips chip if you look closely very very closely. And the Sonic reference you can actually see the feet are red like Sonic's shoes
