apparently taking magnesium malate helps with tiredness. I hope this info helps some people out hehe 💛
I did some research hehe (I’m a curious premed lol) and apparently taking magnesium malate supplements can help with energy levels!! but we can also get enough magnesium malate through a balanced diet by eating nuts, seeds, legumes and other Mg rich foods (for magnesium) and a few types of fruits/vegetables such as apples, oranges, strawberries, corn, etc (for the malic acid) which can help with energy 💗💗 so a balanced diet is key first! and a healthy sleep schedule too 🌙 sorry for rambling hahaha this is interesting!

@@ste.phanie that's a good question! usually I just library hop, but sometimes I go to the starbucks on grey street just to get extra work done! 😎❤ alsoooo not as a study place, but just as a place to check out is jacorey dessert -- it's kinda pricey, but the sandwiches are REALLY good!!
