His show is a masterpiece. So raw and vulnerable. Can’t even put a genre to it. While I and many others are anticipating the next season, we’re definitely due for his next album. 6 years is a long hiatus

I love and am inspired by Dave's unapologetic awkwardness. He's so confidently awkward that it isn't awkward at all. And it seems like everyone else is awkward for not being as humble and vulnerable as he is.

Can you imagine if the end scene with him and Gata on stage in Delaware and "DAVE" popping up in lights in the background, faded out and only showed the lights and then "DAVE album releasing November 21st" or something like that.
I disagree... well, what I mean is it WOULDN'T have been a good album. Hes stated that he basically worked on season 1 and 2 back to back, and works 7 days a week.
You woulda got a crap album, half assed and rushed out just to capitalize on a cash grab.
