28 yrs ago a dear friend of mine had a 1yr old & 3yr old that were kidnapped by their evil dad & taken to Mexico where he used them for child porn. So she & I worked at getting her children back. Months went by till finally he came back to the US to his mom's & he had the kids with him. I could see him there across a big field from my mom's window. I called my friend & she called the police & I met her there. The children were in the car & in terrible shock, Their teeth were rotted, they were filthy & in diapers with bottles but both kids were too old for bottles & diapers. & They both had pneumonia. They were so sick. A police woman told me I should not of rescued these kids saying we should of just forgot about them! I thought I hope ur not a mother. Then my mom had the same reaction! Sad to say but many people feel this way but I did right by those children & more people need to step up & get involved. President Trump made a big difference in human trafficking & so many others are too👏 If you can't help with rescues you can help by giving 💰 even if only $5 it all adds up & makes a difference. When I was in Haiti I was so warmed by the response after giving the young children Life-Saver mint candy! They would put it in their mouth for about 20 seconds and then pass it to their sibling/friend then repeat to next or back and fourth. Truly sharing the blessing and showing me what it means to love another as one self.
