  • I explain how I get faster or at least up to speed in a car to be able to compete successfully in the RCI GT3 League. But these are the same things I do on any game in order to improve and get up to speed. Maybe you can apply some of these tips!
George has offered me some tips as well for the future, huge thank you to George!
Do Check out George (UKOGMonkey) on Twitch and Tortellini on TH-cam!
    ...Enjoy :)

An outline of a workable solution to getting faster! Fantastic!!! Thanks so much. That's what I love about your channel. You post stuff I actually use.

Great video and great tips. Thanks. All I need to do now is a) be consistent enough that this advice makes a difference, b) upgrade from Xbox to a gaming PC

Interesting I’m not the only one struggling with “higher apex corners”.
Usually when i watch your videos for grand turismo I’m like “why am i like a bit slower here when i am carrying like 3-4km/h more speed”. What i think it comes down to, and i seen it with your comparison here is that when we trying to improve we really easily end up overdriving the car. Usually for me i end up finding 0.4 seconds once i see your videos and I decide to “slow down”.
My target is usually about 1.5seconds off the top qualifying with car i chose to drive rather than the meta car for that particular circuit.

That is a big thing overdriving. It's why something like a comparison video is useful because you can then say actually I need to slow it down, then suddenly you can find time outta nowhere:D!

Fantastic video tig, would you consider doing a driving school for acc like you did a driving school for gt sport,

The thing is the driving school crosses over to any game it's just the primary game used was GT. I can definitely do 1 off videos with ACC though where I learn something to then speak/do a video about it :D.

Great vid. Can you explain maybe in more detail how you make this comparison videos? Which software do you use for recording and playing. How do you do the line up the two videos?

So I currently use premiere pro but you can use any piece of software for editing. In terms of recording any screen recording software. OBS is the main one at the moment, but FRAPS and Xsplit (I think it was called that) I've used in the past.

    Step 1 - cheat
    Step 2 - hack
Got it. Notes are taken. I should be ready for GT7 now
To be serious thou. The comparison video is something ive done using playstation share factory.
I dont even need to save them, as long as the footage is lined up correctly

@@rb8687 In time :) I will be constantly upgrading my simrig, got the GT DD Pro last week for €100 off of the express bundle, so 750. My rig is still a desk with a large TV on it and a lawnchair cause the deskchair kept moving. Next upgrade will be a proper 8020 rig.

@@High.on.Life_DnB yeah, comfort way more important, especially for endurance. Plus looks cooler :) i have to use weights to keep my chair from moving backwards 😅

You probably don't have a basic knowledge of car tuning. ;-)
