So easy to make your own sweet chili sauce. Blend tomatoes, ginger, garlic, fresh red chillis (leave some slices to add at end of cooking process) add to pan with red wine vinegar, brown sugar, fish sauce, your own combo of herbs / spices (I use kaffir lime leaves) - boil / reduce and Bob’s your uncle. Takes about an hour and a half and you have a sweet sticky sauce better than anything you can buy in the shops.

I'm not saying things like this should be edited out, everybody knows that all places double dip stuff and do different things like that. But personally this is the reason I eat out as little as I can. Not particularly the double dipping, it's all the things that places do while preparing food.

potato, butter, sour cream, cheese, fried bacon bits, green onion.....or potato, butter, cheese, shredded BBQ pork or beef, raw or grilled onions, and some more cheese and maybe sliced jalapeños...either of those two potatoes would wreak havoc on that entire industry...

Use jam sugar instead of brown sugar.. it's got pectin that helps with the consistency
