The difference between HBCU bands like Jackson state and PWI ( private white institution bands like Michigan isn’t what they play ITS WHEN PWI : play for 4 quarters ( fans get they snacks by halftime ) HBCU : there’s a little thang called the FIFTH QUARTER ( simply put ,yes you play during the game but after the game is over DEM DRUM LINES GIVE YOU AFTERPARTY
