Step daughter just ran her N18 hot because the friction wheel gave out. Coolant filling up the crankcase faster than I can pour it in. I reckon it's the head gasket. It's not getting into the combustion chamber though. 225K so I suppose it's engine time, but dang they are expensive. Motivation is a factor since I've got other projects much more pleasant. Because of white smoke in the tailpipe and engine bay turbo area, I replaced N14 oil filter housing gasket to block and oil cooler gasket. When I started my Mini for the first time, it still had white smoke in both around turbocharger position and exhaust tailpipe. Is it a blown head gasket? Why did your client not ask to replace timing-chain?😄

when installing the eccentric shaft, Does it need to be timed with the intake? I left the worm gear in place when I removed the head
What are the torque specs for the hex bolts on the rear camshaft and the torque specs for the head bolts?
