As a person who adores dollhouses and miniatures, and loves architecture, this is a dream. So happy to see it in the hands of someone who truly cherishes it. I’d love to see more of his collection!!

I would think this and similar dollhouses are ultimately destined for museums.
Wild to think when it was made it was a model of a "contemporary" home and considered "up to date" and "modern"
If anyone wants to watch another miniature channel on TH-cam, check out the Miniature World of Kit and Caboodlers. They are a mother-daughter mudlarking team in the UK and they make dolls and doll houses with their mudlarking finds from the Victorian rubbish dumps. They are so sweet and their channel is soothing and whimsical. ☺️

I really enjoy their channel. The Mud Pies also, they mudlark and restore some of their finds. I bought a bottle from their Etsy store as a gift for an antique collector in my family. Great stuff!

He probably brought the value up from when he first got it.
I'd sell it as is, let a die-hard collector try to "restore" that thing.
Bring it back to its original condition? That ain't happening.
