I tried this Biryani today as it is said in the video with same measurements , process and tips. It turned to be super tasty.
The process is time taking and more vessels to wash after cooking
but it is all worth at the end with the absolutly amazingly tasty Biryani.

I cooked biryani for many times. But today I tried this recipe, it came out well. I noticed that texture is exactly like restaurant one's. Chicken peace is crispy from outside and juicy inside ( it's relieving that we don't need to worry whether the piece cooks well or not). I may have to improvise in the masala area. It's worth trying this recipe, we won't regret.
