In fact governmemt civil servant is doing the discrimination thselves, please help looked into NYP, slashing pay of many lecturers by 30% to 40%, just in the name of poor performer, after working for 15 - 25 years. This happens in 2023 to 2024.. Some have accepted the pay slash while some have left the organisation. Justice should be made and compensation like retrenchment benefit should be given to those who have left at least 1month/year of service. Grading of those officer should be put back to normal and not at C-. Those that initiated this pay slashed should also be sacked.Imagine if a lawsuit is taken by all lecturer against the poly, things would be ugly.
