This is the dlclist that I backed up (saved) on my desktop, before I updated the update.rpf folder in OpenIV. Then after you copy new version to mods folder, you will drag your previous dlclist back into OpenIV. Always good to back up your files on your computer.
What I do is copy anything I add into the game into a separate folder on my desktop or somewhere in my computer files. Also copying my gameconfig and dlc list in a separate folder or somewhere on the computer as well.

Rockstar games launcher is what I have always used for this game+modding. But anytime there is an update with script hook I have to wait until a new one comes out just like everyone else, then I download a new script hook. Copy all my modded files over and change up my gameconfig and the game should be up able to start from this.

Try to replace the gameconfig also, this is a common issue that would cause it to crash still

Correct, not with the mods. Rockstar doesn’t allow mods w/online play.
