  • If you spend enough time in the woods, you will eventually find yourself in a pinch as we have. The Pynch Pulley is designed to be compact, light and strong meaning you won't have to sacrifice meaningful pack space or suffer a huge weight penalty to have a block and tackle setup in your pack.
    At less than 0.2oz per pulley and a tensile strength of over 1500lbs, the Pynch Pulley offers extreme strength and usability at a weight and size so small you have no good reason not to carry it.

    While this video is a year old I'd still like to see some "how to videos" come out. These just make a ton of sense to me if you expect yourself to be in some steep country by yourself.

    Just ordered 4 for my pack - backcountry applications are endless. Look forward to testing them out!

    Can you show it actually lifting a load up into a tree or something of that natural? Great idea by the way!

      Absolutely! In the next couple of weeks we will be releasing more videos, showing the tensile testing and various rigging setups.

    you took the time to make this video, but you couldn't come up with a bag to use as an example? why even make a video if your going to ask us to use our imagination on how it works? Suggestion, sell them in a kit.

    Can't see from that distance you are standing. Close up would be nice. I received my 3 pulleys today and ordered 7 more. I haven't had to test them out yet, but the pulleys are so cute and well designed. I ware two of them on my necklace since it is so light. Yes, please make more videos on how to use them properly. Thanks.

    Very cool idea. I'm wondering, though, if 550 that you had anchored around an animal would start to cut into the hide as you were applying that much force to that much mass. Thoughts?

    • @wiserprecision
      @wiserprecision  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Great thought! Most of the time you would fasten your cord around a joint on the animal like an ankle, knee or antlers/base of skull. At those locations there is substantial support with the bones/joints so digging into the hide/carcass isn't really a concern. Probably a different story if you tried to tie around the waist or torso of a large animal.

    Macro lense... Please :) I'm sure this is a cool product, but it's two pixels wide in this video

    6 1/2 minute video, and you never showed a close-up of the actual product. What was the point of doing a video as opposed to just having a page on your website featuring this product. This video is pointless.
