Thank you Philippa, this is so helpful, I’m practicing to become more professional with needle felted animals and this will help enormously. Again thank you xx❤️😊🌻
This is as cute as can be Philippa :) Thank you so much for the tutorials, love yours so very much. I was thinking today how much I'd love to felt a reindeer, have you ever done one, I don't remember seeing any on your site, but that doesn't mean it wasn't there LoL If anyone can make a great reindeer it will be you :) just a thought !!!
Thank you, that's very kind, no, I haven't done a reindeer yet but it's definitely one on my list, I would love to tackle the horns, curlyjocreations does a beautiful reindeer if you've seen her work x
Your work is fabulous! Question regarding the pink wool that you are using for her coat: Would cotton or polyester work? I have a hard time finding a good selection of colors
It's best to have yarn with some wool content as then it will definitely felt in however I haven't tried cotton so not sure. It can be a gamble when you have to order online as to if the wool will felt but any with wool content will be fine, thanks for watching xx
Really nice! I love your sheep of different colors! I think I need to do some rainbow sheep. I have a difficult time finding wool yarn. Do you think an acrylic (or mixed) yarn would work if I layered a small line of wool on the bend of the yarn before I felt it on?
Well actually I've had some acrylic yarn be absolutely OK to felt recently so unfortunately it's just buy it and see. I know the really thick super soft yarn doesn't work but small/medium ones do. Rainbow sounds great, definitely would be a happy sheep 🏳️🌈🌈 xx
It was helpful to see how you did the eyelids and the positioning of the ears. Thank you! I can see why she sold right away. That pink yarn with black flecks is really pretty.❤
I can’t wait to make a sheep. It will be my first. How lucky that I found your channel. Awesome teacher you are!
Thank you so much! Hope you enjoy it xx
Oh I love her! I’m new to needle felting but I’m enjoying it. Patience I need more patience ❤
Those perfect eyelids!! ❤she’s just so adorable :)

Would this have been a good piece to use the electric filter on? It seemed to make contours very easily
I probably won't because of the wire armature xx

What glue do you use on the eyes? Mine takes forever to dry so recommendations appreciated.
I use Bostick all purpose glue, it's sticky and works fast, hope that helps xx

Thank you, under eye lids help too, she's an easy design using yarn wool xx
I can't figure out how to do legs and attach them.
I normally do them as part of the armature so they are already attached, check out my technical playlist for my armature video x
el cuerpo de la oveja como lo hago
