SalesInbox is the email client for the salespeople that works with Zoho CRM. Whereas Zoho Mail is the general email client, like Gmail and Outlook. You can use Zoho Mail to host your email (user@yourdomain.com), and if you have some users that are salespeople, they can also set up Zoho SalesInbox to access the "sales" features.

@@clement2446 DMARC, DKIM and SPF are all configured on a domain. If your goal is to set this up, you need a domain. Also, I'm not sure sure if MailChimp will let you send emails if you don't have a domain. You can create a Zoho Mail account (yourname@zoho.com) and email your prospects that way. If you don't send too many emails, most of them should land on the inbox.

It looks like heatmaps are not available in Zoho Mail. Are you looking to review employee behavior when using Zoho Mail? Or is there any other reason why you need the heatmap?
I've never seen a tutorial that goes into this important thing for businesses: mass/bulk emails. It's like it is rocket science or maybe Zoho mail doesn't support that.

@@howardmathews5572 The free version has a 500 emails/day limit, but there are other variables. You should contact Zoho with you specific case to make sure Zoho Mail will be able to handle it. Campaigns allows you to send email and SMS marketing campaigns. The CRM allows you to manage your sales process, storing contacts, accounts, deals, and other records that you might need while selling. The CRM can also send bulk emails, but it's limited to 500/day. This means that you can send a "campaign" from the CRM, as long as you are targeting less than 500 contacts. If you need to target more that that, you have to use Campaigns (which syncs with the CRM).
I have used Zoho mail, but cannot recommend it. Their support is one of the worst I have ever encountered. It takes days to get a response (if any) and they have no contact phone number. Also I have had issues with migrating emails from another provider. This should be a very simple task, but in Zoho, it simply doesn't work!

Can we create heatmaps in Zoho mail?

Zoho Mail is designed for normal business communications. Mass email is not available. You can use Zoho CRM or Zoho Campaigns to send mass emails.
