Where did you get this? sounds a lot cleaner than the other version floating around the internet since the op ivy message board days. And is that the actual album cover art?
This was going to be the real album art, which was actually done by Jesse. I also believe that the physical artwork is currently owned by someone who used post on that board.
Where did you get this??? I waited 20 years to hear a clean version of « Get Ready For Action »( except for the songs on VA)....Would you be willing to post other Clean songs? This is like Eargasm to me...!THX!
@@thehudsonaffair Brett Gurewitz (Epitaph Records / Bad Religion) is the person that has been in possession of the master tapes of this for almost 30 years now. That's the bear to go poke if you want to find out about the album.
Do you know more details about plans for the second OpIV album? I assume they were at least going to put on Hedgecore and Plea For Peace - probably a few other songs like that. Fucking shame that they broke up after getting that media attention. OpIv should have been the biggest band in the country in 1989-1990. We could have avoided the whole grunge thing, lol.
@@danielevensen5539 basically because Jesse became a Buddest Monk like for real and also I know that lint wanted to do more reggae style and I think also wouldn't have minded getting a little famous and his homes Dave and Matt were cool too but opiv without Jesse wouldn't have worked I think downfall ended because a lot had to do with Lint drinking and getting sloppy with it so he got clean and it took time but when they linked up again Dave had a family so they just instead started fresh and did rancid
Absolute joy listening to this hidden gem. Thanks for putting this out.
