    I'm on the same journey , what's helped me , and believe me I have dieted all my life now 51 ,, it's not a race , iv given myself a year to loose half my weight , a natural weight loss is a pound sometimes two a week , realizing weight loss is a slow process and not racing get there has helped me alot, it has to be for life , it's a lifestyle change , ,iv lowered my carbs right down and track my calories , had a bad month tracking and had no loss, but back on track again ,. I am not giving up this time 🙂, stick with it xx

    Dont put any pressure on the working out and just focus on nutrition, you'll naturally lean towards working out and exercise when you're ready to, you may just find one day you wanna go for a walk and thats cool. but if setting goals feels like pressure and leaves you with any sort of guilt regarding NOT doing it then its not worth setting it. Your weight gain isnt a big deal but we make it out to be like that. You've had a tough week, it could be weight fluctuation, just keep pushing and it'll come back off and some! You got this!

    Hi Sophie, I think you are doing great. Those fluctuations are annoying but I am sure you will be able to see the work you put in on next weeks weigh in. Keep up the good work!

    Oh girl! I'm sorry you had a rough week😔 You know about fluctuation though. Keep being good and it'll show next week! ❤ Yes, one week at a time. And don't give up. We have ups and downs, but the most important is to stick with it. I'm here, rooting for you! ❤

    I'm sorry you had a bad week...sending warm fuzzies your way. I think you have the right idea going forward though so I'm hoping you'll feel better soon. Your NSV are fantastic and they're motivating me too. As for the weight, personally I don't feel that the scale is great for weekly weigh-ins because the numbers are so small that they can be wildly affected by many factors (especially for women). I've moved to every other week for weigh-ins because they seem to be a better gauge for my general progress. I've also heard that physical measurements of all the body parts are useful for some people rather than just the scale.

      29 this year and no, I'm not old, but with infertility you always feel like you're on a clock!
