I’m about 250 and I still get regular cycles.. but they tend to last longer… and are heavier. But we will see. Just a future momma ttc.

I’m glad you had a positive experience pain wise . Mine was the most painful thing I’ve ever experienced. I was screaming at the top of my lungs the entire process, then I was shaking and shivering uncontrollably afterwards, then I went to the bathroom and started crying a lot. It was absolutely traumatizing. Thankfully my tubes weren’t blocked, so I cannot fathom the amount of pain you would feel if one of the tubes were blocked. Wish you all the best 🌷

When my wife was 200 lbs she was getting her periods regularly. Now that she’s 240 lbs, she hasn’t had a period in the last 3 years. So yeah it does have a lot to do with weight.

I had mine today and the worst of the pain was only a 3/10. I did take the max dose of ibuprofen and Tylenol right before. Don't psych yourself out.

I think the Tylenol helped you because I just had one done couple days ago and it was the most painful thing I’ve ever experienced. I did not take any meds before either but it was soooooo painful

Do you think its possible to get pregnant at 300lbs with PCOS? I don't get periods naturally and be all accounts don't appear to ovulate very often either. Ive been trying for 7 years with no luck. I'm trying to get Bariatric surgery to help with weightloss, cure my severe GERD and help with my PCOS but I keep getting denied by insurance. I really badly want to get pregnant and become a mom but im honestly not sure if its possible. All the doctors i've seen tell me I have to lose a minimum of 100 pounds to even try clomid.

I had my hsg test this morning. It's totally painless only felt little bit cramps. That's it.i was so scared watching videos on youtube mostly people say so painful i was literally shivering before test but to be honest bearable little uncomfort nothing else.

Sophie thank you for sharing your experience. I had my HSG done about 4 weeks ago. I didn’t prepare for it I forgot to take Tylenol that morning. I felt no pain at all. The NP was very gentle and sweet. It felt like having a regular Pap smear. The NP was describing what was going on and I watched how the Iodine were went through my tubes. I have both tubes open thanks Jehovah God. We’ll see what happens. The nurses and the NP told me that it’s a different experience for every woman. Please don’t stress.

I'm 40 and 7 months pregnant. I started my pregnancy about 80 lbs overweight. I really recommend getting seed oils out of your diet to everyone, whether you want to lose weight or not.
