Thanks for the video. Very relevant matter. Latins are especially discriminated against.. I've heard of a girl from here (South America) who got a job somewhere abroad under the condition of not telling anyone where she was really from. She was supposed to say she was Canadian.. and, yes.. she looked white enough for their standards.. Sad, but true..
Sad to hear that but it happens more often than any of us would like to admit. Definitely something to keep an open conversation about! PS I didn't see an email from you? 😁
@@CELTAHelper Hey! Lol...I can't find your email address anywhere! Lol.. I don't know what's wrong with me, really.. Anyway, at least I got to know your blog! ... But I can't wait to get my book, man... Please, help me out!! haha
Any tips for a CELTA(B grade) passout from India, with Masters from Dublin, having a neutral accent with 15 years of stint as a corporate trainer but no teaching experience except teaching a close acquientance. Any tips is welcome
Sounds like you're in a good position there but it depends where you want to go. Forget the grade side of things - once you have experience, that supersedes everything else. I'd suggest watching this first as it's hard to know your motivation for taking a CELTA from the comment only - th-cam.com/video/t901AonJNoo/w-d-xo.html
Tricky one as I've not been to Russia but have worked for EF in Indonesia. If you're looking at Bali, probably fine. I couldn't say wider than that. Best of luck!
True True True thanks for sharing

Hi, what do you think about EF Indonesia? vs Russia for a "black" guy. (You started talking about it as I pushed send).
