When I was in the Sarah Flint store, the associates said in general Sarah Flint runs wider, and recommends sizing up a half size! After buying the 7 and then trying my friends 7.5, my next pair I went with 7.5. Not sure how *exactly* they will fit your foot but hopefully that helps! All you can do is try!
