Without going into specifics, I walked out of there feeling demoralized, like the concerns I voiced weren't nearly as important as taking my money and moving onto the next person. @@ryc796 In 6 months the break would have healed on its own. not necessarily straight but with splints it should be ok .Canadian hospitals are stretched both financially and with short staff, but you get damm good care in our Emerg dept.

No shit Sherlock I was 5. 5 years old...
this is always so wholesome! honestly, positive affirmations are something that rarely come into most people's lives.. all we ever get told is how we could "do better" or what we're doing wrong in our lives, but no one ever notices or talks about how well we've done so far... so from the bottom of my heart, thank you bethy for posting your wholesome ASMR video's.. they give many of us a little bit of comfort to hear the less often but no less important words.. maybe one day ill have someone who can tell me stuff like this and genuinely mean it in a personal sense.. but for now im content with listening to your videos.

@@icyatlasartworks eat more(6-8 meals a day), sleep at least 8 hours a day. For strength raise your weights to perform a 3-5 rep range. For muscles endurance stick from 12-15. Oh and eat a lot And healthy too food to.

Just to answer the questions. I smoke weed, I don't drink alcohol. Sexually active. I don't do any other drugs, I don't have reflexes in my left leg but good in the other leg, and I'm a bit overweight and have heavy breathing. Poor balance, iron deficient.
