He took it early this time - on floor 46 or so....
If you read this comment, you will become a weeb.
If you clicked read more you will take claw.
1st act done, no claw yet, wondering how he gets a adds a claw into this current deck
To save you all time, the claw shows up at roughly 44:15
I feel like such a chump; my monkey brain saw a CLAW and I clicked the video. Clawckbait at its finest
actually the claw he does get is used very extensively. his deck at the end is basically a claw deck lol@@biggiemoishe
Alt title: "is rebound strong enough to make the defect starter deck beat the heart?" (2:16)
44:30
Bless you.
Scrap ooze: "So, in summary, if you click me you spend increasing amounts of hp to ..."
Charles lightning : "No. Not again. bye"
Charles is wise...
I have played this game for 200+ hours. I did not understand pretty much any decision you made in the deck building process 😅😅😅. I guess I really have to try different play styles. I always wondered why on earth you would choose the fission card.
Draw and energy are both very strong in StS, and Fission is premium draw and premium energy, even unupgraded. You lose your orbs, true, but if you have a lot of orb generation in your draw pile, you get those orbs back + presumably other effects of those cards, like attack damage, block, or more draw.
Ice cream runs make my brain feel good.
46:59 its gotta be carnage. Deal 20 damage for 2 energy. T1 lethal in legacy t2 in other formats
Looool yeah not me wondering what's up with the claw? 😂 last minute ultimate destruction
I was tricked into watching an ironclad run by this video.
Chat.... Is this real..?
There is a claw that ultimately destroyed
Nice to see the claw deck popping off!
I don’t understand how come every StS content creator has some cards displaying normal and some look like a little baby drew it with crayons
At a certain point you unlock the option to turn on the "beta art" for any card. You can choose on a card by card basis, so each streamer has it turned on for just the cards where they think the beta art is funny/charming.
You gotta click on claw. It's the Law
And not doing so is flaw.
Gotta be one of the swaggiest champ fights ive ever seen
RNGesus cards
That Hexaghost fight was really instructional.
"Violence is fine." -Jorbs, 2023
Claw is why I click on video
When he said fission upgrade is a turn doing 24 damage, this is just untrue right, 5 lightning orbs evoked with 5 focus, and electro dynamics, that’s serious extra damage to all enemies not random ones, surely that’s more value upgrade than others, ur getting all that extra for 0 energy?
the gamespace in which i draw 5 extra cards and gain 5 extra energy in a turn and doing so doesn't trivialize the fight, but dealing 20-40 aoe damage would help somehow, is extremely narrow and not often worth targeting with an upgrade. compare it to the gamespace where drawing one extra card makes a difference (from upgrading coolheaded instead, for example), which is huge and can come up turn one of every fight.
the times i upgrade fission are more centered on when it's going to make me relevant block, because in block-light decks making an extra 20+ block can be key in quite a lot of situations, but they still aren't super common. the turns which are so bad that you can't solve them with +5 cards +5 energy are generally a lot more likely to be helped by 20 block than by 30 damage though.
Almost threw horribly against the gremlin gang.
claw is law
You actually did a killing blow with the claw. I'm proud of you Jorbs!
Claw? Thats a guaranteed banger
That was the craziest champ kill i think ive ever seen
!dig
20:23 my butt cheeks were clenched dude
Not me watching in less time than the video was up due to increased speed. Let's go. Was epic, you're an inspiration to addicted noobs of slay the spire, such as myself
Can anyone tell me why Chaos is a bad card. 1 energy, 2 orbs.
It's not? Like most cards, it's situationally useful. Good if you just need orb slots filled and you're struggling to or good when you need a hail mary chance to find a dark / plasma orb. It also only channels 1 orb if not upgraded.
Random orbs are less reliable than non-Random orbs. You can't trust chaos to give you what you need
@@jaydengregory3947 I mean sure. But the value of 2 orbs (upgraded) for 1 mana is insane. Especially if you’re hitting plasma. As far as I’m aware it is a 1/4 shot of plasma.
@JeremyB83 it's not a bad card. However other cards generate a consistent orb with an additional effect before they are even upgraded. When the goal of picking cards is to solve specific problems, chaos is difficult because you can't trust it for block, energy, or damage even though it can do all three
love the final hit with the claw, class act!
im addicting to claw decks
You gotta obey the claw law, if you wanna get into the heart door! You gotta pay obey the claw law to get in!
Nice to be here this early
Yay!!! Jorbs!!!
why is his beat of death 3 damage
On A20 the beat of death starts at 2 and it upgrades to 3 at some point when the heart buffs itself
@@TheBeatlesfan013 ive beat the a20 heart like 20 times now and ive never noticed wtf
Soon as I get all my characters to level 5 and ascension 20 I’m going for the record JORBS!!! #NewAccountVibez
pomegranates are when a raspberry is a melon and a cycad
I was about to talk about how it's more like a blackberry because raspberry seeds aren't inside the little bulbs (called drupelets, apparently) but between them... but, I did a quick google to make sure I was right. I was not.
I still think they're more like blackberries because I like blackberries and pomegranates, but not raspberries. :^]
