You could print a couple extra hoppers, have some sort of sliding flap on them to keep em closed when not on the blaster, and just switch out a whole hopper at once

Best blaster I bought absolutely love is that it has a safety like an airsoft gun to prevent you the user getting shot in the nipple it's also got fairly good performance and hitting power
I like the Knockout, but mine has a worn catch making it prone to slipping and misfiring during priming. Which makes it a genuine risk to use around other people

This is a cool idea! I can easily make a lock that slides into the rail slot.
And as a bonus you can have three more rival rounds just below that part of the gun it was a win-win

Why does the tab need to go?
You need the extra room to allow a round to fall into the breech consistency. It might work without the tab removal and just the breech widening.
I wonder if you can put one of those demigod hoppers onto a Knockout, to increase its max capacity.
